Our 2-4 day mock inspection/quality audit involves a complementary blend of on-site and remote inspection activity to best support your service needs, and includes dedicated feedback support time. They can be announced or unannounced visits, and planned with staggered start times to see various operational hours of your service. All visits are supported by a detailed inspection report, formatted just like a CQC report, and supporting action plan of any recommended actions to improve compliance.
Our Targeted Regulatory Reviews are deep-dive assessments focused on specific pain points/high-risk areas. These may have been uncovered as a result of a previous CQC inspections with breaches that you need to address; the outcome of a recent PAMMS or Local Authority quality visit, or following a significant event/safeguarding investigation. We will carefully review each area of concern and assess it against the CQC framework, providing a full report and action plan towards recovery.
